ANDREW REEDER
Andrew Reeder is a licensed real estate broker and has spent his entire 20+ year career in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in commercial retail properties. With a focus on retail property leasing and acquisitions, he has completed over $1 billion in transactions. Andrew brings a diverse skill set to his clients including market analysis, asset repositioning, leasing, underwriting and portfolio recapitalization.
Prior to Spruce Commercial, Andrew was most recently with CBRE, Inc. from 2014 - 2019, where in 2019 he led the Bay Area region in retail investment sales.
Andrew began his career at The Staubach Company representing national retailers and in 2006 founded Staubach’s Northern California investment sales team. Andrew then co-founded a real estate investment company where he sourced, negotiated, and managed multiple retail acquisitions throughout the Bay Area, overseeing the properties until disposition. Andrew graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in finance.In his free time, Andrew enjoys skiing, hiking and exploring San Francisco where he lives with his wife and two children.
